1998        Appel Travel Scholarship,
                        Grant based award to fund the study of the arts in a Florence and Rome Italy.

 

Appel Artist Award (Runner Up),
A featured solo show and lecture presentation for a student who has shown fine ability and demonstrated a desire to improve through intensive work and dedication.

 

1999        Departmental Distinction Award,
Distinction designated to a candidate that has shown strength in leadership and influence, through their work and method of working on other students, and has also contributed to the spirit and vigor of the department.
